Responsibilities of the Manager will include, but not be limited to
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel to the fullest satisfaction of the guests, staff and the management of Fox Resorts (Pvt) Ltd.
• Manage the property, physical resources and staff in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensuring that all the standards set by the management are maintained and that guest expectations are always exceeded
• Ensure that staff at every level strictly comply by the processes established by the Group
The Ideal Candidate Should:
• Have 2 -3 years’ experience in a hospitality management capacity in a 4 star hotel.
• Should have a thorough understanding of Rooms Division, FS,B and Operations.
• Should be fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil and be a people’s person with both guests and staff
• Should be a motivating leader who can indoctrinate a “can do” attitude among the staff
• A Professional qualification in Hotel Management and ability to communicate in Tamil will be an advantage
This position is based in Jaffna.
