Junior Associate – Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and send MI reports to assigned SBUs on time.
– Achieve the monthly targets for GRIR and Advances in assigned SBUs.
– Assisting payment requestors on invoice discrepancy resolution.
– Ensure all allocated vendors are reconciled and reported within agreed timelines.
– Ensure to convert cheque venders into slips in assigned SBUs.
– Execute recovery activities and ensure proper follow-up mechanisms are put in place to recover money within the
set credit period.
– Ensure receipts are cleared in keeping with the SLA.
– Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including SBUs and Suppliers.
– Identify and assist in implementing process/ system improvements.
– Mentor, coach and develop team members and support work place learning.
– Ensure audit requirements are fulfilled.
– Implementation of lean at Legato.
– Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Reading for a professional/ academic qualification in CIMA, ACCA or ICASL
– Experience in MS office packages is a prerequisite.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
