Junior Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable
We are on the lookout for a Junior Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable for our well reputed Client Company located in Sri Lanka.
Job Description:
– Control and process all transactions for Accounts Payable on the online invoice approval system (Compleat and WebExpenses system)
– Reconcile transactions processed from Compleat and WebExpenses to SUN (multi system reconciliations)
– Compile document packs for weekly payment runs and review document packs for satisfactory approval
– Maintain supplier accounts and verify and changes to supplier accounts before processing the change in the systems
– Entering payments to the different bank accounts
– Preparation of monthly accounts and month end work
Work Attributes and Qualifications
Previous experience in Accounts Institute will be added advantage.
02 years’ experience in the field of Education would be an advantage.
An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
Attention to detail and data entry skills
Experience of / exposure to online invoicing approval & expenses systems.
Good Excel and IT skills – knowledge of SUN would be advantageous
Communication skills
Proactive nature
