Human Resource Services Executive (Colombo)

We are looking for candidates to work in our college office to administrate the general Human Resources processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Hit Administration
• Ensuring implemented HR Policies and systems are efficiently managed
• Facilitating stakeholder requirement with a high standard of service excellence
• Maintain, assist and enhance the school’s human capital through proper planning, implementation and evaluation of HR processes and practices
Candidate Profile:
• Must hold a degree from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification (preferably in HR)
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role would be an added advantage • Sound knowledge of HR processes and Labour Laws
• High integrity and inter-personal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be confident, organized and proactive with a professional approach.
