Vacancy For a HR Manager
The CCC in its continuous drive to expand its capacity to better serve the business community of the country wishes to recruit a self-motivated, personable, proactive candidate to fill the above vacancy
Key Requirements of the HR Manager:
• A professional qualification in BRM from a recognized professional body or a Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in overall HR Functions
• Designing & implementing of staff motivational schemes in order to enhance engagement
• Computer literate with good Word and Excel skills
• Attention to detail
• Membership with the IPM would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
• Review annually whether the organizational and HR structures are aligned to the strategic objectives and deliverables of the CCC
• Advertising for job Vacancies, Recruitment and Selection via assessments
• Provide recommendations for suitable candidates for permanent / probationary recruitment
• Conducting staff orientation programs in order to educate staff on the conditions of service, salaries and other promotional opportunities.
• Identifying the training requirements of existing staff and conducting training & development
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
• Maintain personal files of employees and other personnel/human resources information data bases
• Counsel employees and discuss individual grievances, problems and difficulties. Provide assistance to them.
• Conduct yearly reviews on Performance Evaluations and prepare increment/promotion letters to staff members
• Preparation of Job Descriptions
• Succession planning
• Perform other related duties as required.
