We are looking for an energetic and committed individual to take up the below challenging position in our establishment.
Executive Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
– Processing staff salaries and related payments.
– Handling of EPF, ETF and PAYE Tax related payments and documentation.
– Handling of Gratuity payments.
– Recovering of staff loans.
– Handling of Staff Clearance Form for all employees leaving the services.
– Reconciliation of the accounts maintained at HR Department.
– Ensuring statutory compliance requirements.
Qualification and experience:
– A Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized Institution or University will be a distinct advantage.
– Possess minimum of 03 years experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing Company.
– Male candidate aged around 25 years.
– Strong numerical and analytical skills.
– Very good knowledge in MS office packages, email.
– An excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
– Possess good communication skills.
– Be able to work under pressure.
