A well reputed, leading business organization dealing with house hold-ware at Colombo 06 is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Delivery & Debt Collector

Job Description:

Delivery of goods carefully to said locations, collect payments and obtain receipts for goods. Setting up merchandise in compliance with product handling standards in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe & efficient delivery of products to the customer
• Assist the driver by performing unloading, loading & delivery
• Negotiate terms, collections or collection date & issuance of payment receipts
• Inspection of damaged goods & accepting sales returns with proper documents
• Report errors found on documents to storekeeper
• Practice safe and secure loading methods to utilize the maximum amount of truck space and avoid damages.
• Verify sales order for product, customer account & other information’s prior to loading & unloading merchandise
• Communicate with internal & external personnel in a professional & timely manner
• Demonstrate positive working relationship with every department
• Hand over invoices, delivery orders, payments & etc. to stores in-charge
• Other duties as assigned

Qualities and Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication & listening skills
• Age below 3O years.

Remuneration package based on experience will be offered to the selected candidate.
