Coordinate Executive
OLANKA TRAVELS, a leading organization in Colombo, specialized the worldwide leisure & destinations traffics, offering for an experience Destination Coordinate Executive to handle the operation of Outbound Tours. Candidate should be fully convicts with Plan, Prepare and cost Itineraries and sell Holiday Packages to clients with good communication & negotiation skills.
Duties Include:
• Interacting with customers and provide tour consultations (Corporates, Groups and FIT & walking customers)
• Making bookings, reservations and issuing air tickets in GDS
• Coordinate with overseas agents
• Managing visa for customers
• Maintain the tour quality
• Customer relations and collecting feedback from customers
Experience and qualifications required:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound tour & travel operations
• Team leader experience
• Sound knowledge in worldwide destinations especially Europe – UK- USA- South Asia-India- Africa- with the relationship of destination agents & suppliers
• Willing to accompany with groups to any of destinations when it needed
• Excellent communication in both English & Sinhala
• Fully converse in Computer literacy
• Travel related education and knowledge of Airline ticketing is an added advantage
