Call Center Executive (Colombo)

Job Description:
We sell a lot of products online, so we need you to help our customers buy them. As a part of our Call Center team, you will:
• Answer customer Telephone calls, chat online and help them purchase a product or attend to product related queries
• Handle inquiries by clarifying desired information: researching, locating, and providing information from our website
• Stay up to speed about all new product deals on a daily basis.
• Acknowledge, respond to and resolve customer related issues by raising service tickets and updating the system while escalating unresolved problems.
• Provide additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to customers.
Ideally, you will have;
• A friendly personality and good telephone skills.
• The ability to maintain enthusiasm. a can-do attitude and high levels of energy throughout the day.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or a desire to gain similar experience.
• The ability to communicate in English and Sinhala. A working knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage.
• A willingness to learn from feedback from your colleagues and customers.
