We invite applications for the above position to take forward our INGREDIENT (Raw-Materials) business in Health and Nutrition (Food / Feed and Pharm), Home and Personal Care / Coating / Printing Ink and Industrial Chemicals in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
– Facilitate and develop sales and marketing plan, using all available resources and achieve overall business targets.
– Adhere with groups reporting protocols and deadlines.
– Good partnership with key customers and suppliers worldwide.
– Lead, manage, motivate, coach and develop the sales team.
Academic Qualifications:
– Graduation in Food Technology / Chemistry is must.
– Management, Marketing Degree / Diploma would be an added advantage.
Experience:
– Minimum 3-5 years Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in Health and Nutrition ingredients / Home and Personal Care ingredients / Coating / Industrial Chemicals B2B trade in Sri Lanka with proven track records and leadership experience.
Skills / Knowledge / Requirement:
– Market oriented as well as good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Good contacts with local customers to generate sales lead through trials.
– Ability of preparing Sales Budget and Forecast.
– Willing to travel overseas.
Age: 30 years (max).
Work Station: Colombo.
