Responsibilities-
– Responsible for month-end closing and preparation of all journal vouchers.
– To control all balance sheet accounts by preparing monthly reconciliation for all assets & liabilities and follow up on clearance.
– Review accounts payable/payment vouchers/petty cash reimbursements prior to submission to Financial Controller & compilation of hotel and departmental budgets and financial forecasts and reporting to corporate finance.
– Manage Day-to-Day staff requirements and provide assistance to the team members for better performance.
– Review daily cash collection, bank deposits and hotel foreign currency.
Requirements:
– Professional qualification/Part Qualification in finance or accountancy and experience in a similar field in the hospitality trade is a must.
– Competency in MS Office Suite and producing management information.
– Good English Writing & Communication Skills
– Ability to analyze data using business intelligence and knowledge of IDS system will be Advantage
– Be a highly motivated and organized professional
– Age below 45 years
