Who are we looking for:

Technical Writer, to support our documentation team who is responsible for creating various types of user documentation, including how-to guide, user manuals and training guides.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

– 1+ year experience in a technical writing role or a similar position
– Sound knowledge in MS Office Applications
– Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
– Excellent technical writing skills
– First-class editing, proof reading and formatting skills
– Experience in RoboHelp or Doc-to-Help and basic knowledge of HTML authoring will be added advantages
– Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines and according to set standards regarding order, clarity conciseness, style & terminology

Personal Skills Requirements:

– Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex software and learn quickly
– Ability to work as a team member with positive attitudes
– Good organizational skills
