Regional Sales Manager (Colombo)

Job Summary:
Regional Manager will be the front-line contact between the company and the customer who is responsible to bring in new business to the company through sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers in the assigned region; whilst servicing existing customers and obtaining new sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve Regional Sales targets from lead generation to a complete sale by handling all sales activities.
• Assist & provide effective input for planning, forecasting, and management of the assigned Region.
• Resolves customer challenges by investigating, developing solutions making.
• Manage regional business relationships with designated Key Accounts to consistently achieve Sales targets and payment collections.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ of sales experience in Healthcare Industry; having foreign exposure will be an added advantage.
• Successfully completed G.C.E Advance Level in Science Stream or qualification Biology or equivalent.
• Full or Part qualification in Marketing from a recognized marketing body (CIM/SLIM) is preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively on regular customer visits.
