Main Duties:
– Project support across the team working closely with Management to assist in the delivery of successful projects
– Carry out complex administrative duties and have the ability to priorities issues that may be brought to the attention of the Director
– Handling internal and external correspondence
– Managing meetings including scheduling invitations, taking minutes and organizing the correct documentation and catering when required
– Assistance to the Team in preparing reports for Management & clients

Requirements:
– At least 2 years’ experience administering & managing teams in the Software industry for global company
– Advanced MS Office & MS Project Skills
– Highly developed analytical skills
– Customer Service experience will be an added advantage
– Exceptional intelligence and communication skills with excellent written and verbal English
