Pawning Officers (Gampaha, Kuliyapitiya, Panadura, Kurunegala, Kalmunai, Chavakachcheri, Neliiyadi & Chunnakam)
Responsibility:
– He/She is responsible for smooth operation and achieving the set pawning target of the respective branch.
– Proper identification of gold articles, valuation and genuine customer to generate required reports and submit to the management on time.
– Ensure proper practice of pawning policies of the company and the laws of the country.
– Ensure security of all pawned articles of the Branch.
– Has to avoid pawning of dud articles and ensure recovery/ redemption on time.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 Passes at GCE (A/L) in one sitting from any stream.
• 2-3 years experienced in pawning from any recognized financial institution.
• Less than 30 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
