GN Sri Lanka (GNSL) is looking for energetic and result oriented person to fill the following vacancy immediately in our project office, Kebithigollewa, Anuradhapura.
Position – Operation Officer / Project Officer
Duty station:- Project Office, Kebithigollewa, Anuradhapura
Job Profile:
• Plan and implement community and child development programmes as per Plan of Action (POA).
• Strengthening of Village Development Societies (already formed), assist them for building capacities for effective implementation.
• Monitor the ongoing development activities in close collaboration with community partners and result reporting.
• Management of Community Resource Centre established in Kebithigollewa.
• Regular submission of activity and financial reports together with supporting documents.
• Coordination and communication with field staff, Head Office and relevant stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications:
• University Degree / Diploma in relevant field area.
• At least three years of in local economic development, livelihood development through SME, child development and child rights promotion.
• Experience and interest in working with NGOs, community organizations and local government authorities.
• Excellent reporting skills in English and Sinhala.
Salary: SLR 35,000 — 40,000
