Job Role:
To take in charge of Marketing of Distribution spare parts operation & newly opened Restaurant, its management in all aspect of office administration in preparation of all sales promotions, sales analysis, maintain all sales related documents in primary and secondary, spending’s, coordination between the field sales & restaurant staff, Customer care, logistics and assisting all concern to achieve sales goals within the specific timing.
Key Responsibilities:
• In this direction you need to prepare the numbers in line with volume projection in sales operation and budgets for hospitality operation.
• Target distribution, tracking and monitoring of same
• Converting overall plans of the sale management into specific standard of performance and monitoring and reporting to management. • Assisting training activities in providing need gaps and analytics of sales.
• Daily update on both the operation of business goals and achievements
• Back office work related to Field staff & distributor claims & discrepancies, trade / customer related inquires of the restaurant and upkeeps.
• Preparation of business matrix periodically and review with management and report corrective measure to field and restaurant staff / management.
• Sales Force administration, Customer calls records, Activity reports, Journey plans, Expenses controls
• Restaurant business progress and building customer relationship and training and up keeping the operation.
Requirements:
• Age below 50 years
• Experience in similar capacity for 5-10 years In FMCG environment & hospitality operation in marketing & administrative aspects.
• Willing work extended hours
• Courage, commitment and passion to add value to enhance sales/restaurant department contribution towards the company goals
