The selected candidates will be responsible for the following job functions:
• HR Administration & Payroll
• Training & development of all staff whilst creating a learning driven culture
• Recruitment & selection
• Performance Management systems
• HR Activities & other recognition programs
The Individual:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management capacity. Finance Industry experience will be an advantage.
• Degree /Diploma level qualification from a professional institute in HR Management
• Should have excellent people management skills
• Sound HR Management skills
• Good Knowledge in MS Office packages
• Age below 45 years
• Ability to work independently
