The Company www.capeweliqama.com Resplendent Ceylon, the leisure arm of Dilmah Tea, is developing a collection of small, luxury resorts, offering a unique “trail” across Sri Lanka to upscale travellers, linked to Sri Lanka’s history & culture, offering innovative experiences.
The 40-suite Cape Weligama sits in 12 acres of landscaped gardens and enjoys striking 270-degree panoramas of the Indian Ocean. Clusters of standalone villas and high standards of personalised service emphasise the residential aspect of a stay. Cape Weligama is a member of the prestigious French Relais & Chateaux association of the world’s best hotels and restaurants.
The Role:
We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Executive who has a minimum of 8 years of experience in a luxury hotel/boutique resort to assist the Chief Engineer ensuring a high standard of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixture and equipment of the Resort. Knowledge of allied skills in maintenance operations of a hotel is also expected. A professional qualification and experience abroad in a luxury boutique hotel would be advantageous.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated person with excellent administration and leadership skills, as well as sound knowledge of modern engineering techniques.
Experience in a Boutique Hotel and international exposure will be a distinct advantage.
