Maintenance Engineer

Job Profile
1. Carryout routine scheduled maintenance work
2. Carryout regular inspections of the buildings
3. Preparing estimates, monitor and maintaining the cost as per the budgeted cost.
4. Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.
5. Diagnosing faults and repairing where it necessary
6. Supervising the technical staff
7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Qualifications and Experience
1. BSc Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other professional qualification from a recognized institute.
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years post qualifying experience
3. Sound knowledge in civil engineering
4. Age below 55 years
