Production Manager (Kotiyakubura Factory)
Qualifications and Experience:
– 10 years experience in the industry of which 4 years at a senior management level
– Diploma in Textile & Clothing/NDT BSc in Garments Textile and Clothing.
– Experience in the Apparel Industry is essential.
– Excellent communication skills in English and computer literacy are a must.
– Must have a Work Study Knowledge.
Work Study Manager and Work Study Officers (For Factory and Head Office)
Qualifications and Experience:
– Will be responsible for the entire function of the work study department and for improving productivity through boosting efficiencies in the production floor and other support areas.
– The selected candidate needs have woven bottom garments experience & needs to be GSD license holder with an engineering degree or NDT in textile clothing together with at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity. – Excellent communication skills in English & computer literacy are a must.
HR Executive (Hambanthota Factory)
Qualifications and Experience:
– Age below 30 years
– Should have at least 03 year experience in a HR executive position
– Should be willing to work in Hambanthota preferably living in and around Hambanthota
– Should possess a valid qualification in HR (Diploma Equal)
– Should be computer literate including advanced MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point is a must
– Should be able to converse in English and handle all sorts of HR related queries and issue independently.
Fabric Technologist (Dehiowita)
Qualifications and Experience:
– A technical education in the Textile Science to degree level or equivalent.
– At least 3 years practical experience in fabric & color development, including production. fabric printing and garment washing.
– Practical experience in applying proven techniques in quality assurance within the textile industry.
– Must have garment product development knowledge
Account Assistant (Colombo)
Qualifications and Experience:
– Part qualified in MT or equivalent
– 3 years Experience
