Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Ideal candidate will be preferred from Battaramulla / Pellwatte area
• Real time application (ERP) monitoring and continues operation and support new ERP module implementations
• Installing, configuring& troubleshooting of computer Hardware, Software & Network
• Network administration, server backup, user backup, email configuration, Firewall and Router Configuration
• Attend to all main IT systems and IT sub systems related tasks as and when required
• Liaising with all departments and sub units on all IT aspects and represent
• Identify the gaps in IT infrastructure and implement solutions accordingly
Qualifications:
• Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering related degree
• Good PR skills and operation disciplines
• Knowledge seeker and quick learner
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
