What you must do
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks and in-house servers. (Routers, Switches. FTP Servers, Active Directory Server, Files Serve, CCTV System, etc.)
• Analyzing and resolving end-user workstation problems including network printers.
• Level 1 remote or onsite technical support for end users.
• Maintain records/logs of inventories/files and maintenance schedules.
• Administrating MS 0365 suite.
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network-related operating systems, applications/software/management tools.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance for hardware and software.
• Creating and maintaining system guidelines/user manuals for the organization.
• Assist in IT audit or certification process.
• Responsible for local organization data security and personnel security internal control.
• Conduct employee awareness training and compliance standards for the company
• Participate in other projects/tasks as assigned.
What you need
• HND or equivalent qualification in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized institute
• 02.03 years of working experience in networking-related fields.
• Cisco networking product-related certification (CCNA).
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around managing, controlling, and monitoring server infrastructure.
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Wireless, LAN/WAN, and VLAN.
• Excellent communication ability.
• Documentation/writing skills and excellent command of the knowledge sharing
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
