Internal Audit Associate

Responsibilities:
* Execution of the audit programs and other assignments given time to time by the Chief Audit & Compliance Officer.
* Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in audit processes and methodologies in the Internal Audit Department and applies this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans.
* Assist to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
* Recommend operational improvements which ensure that proper controls are exercised over the respective aspects of the business and that company assets are conserved, protected and accurately presented.
Qualifications
* Progress towards a bachelor’s degree and/or ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Good verbal, written communication and MS office usage skills.
* Familiarity with accounting and auditing concepts and theories
