As the HR Executive -Payroll, you are expected to be highly accurate, process oriented, empathetic, dependable, organized and capable of taking more responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be through on the current payroll and legal practices and able to work to deadlines.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ Completed PQHRM (IPM) or Advanced Diploma in HRM (NIBM).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communicational skills.
Above average computer literate.
The ideal candidate will be between 25 -35 years and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
