Human Resource Assistant (Sri Lanka)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor, Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or Qualification of PQHRM at IPM-Partly qualified
• Similar and 6 Months of experience in the field of HR
• Age should be between 20 — 26 years, Male candidates only
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and Outlook is a must
• Excellent command in English and Sinhala both Written and Spoken
• Should be familiar with HRIS Systems and Time Attendance Systems
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Well organizing and planning skills with ability to work independently and target oriented
• Residence in Maharagama and suburbs are preferred
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining overall Company employee attendance details
• Monitoring employee Leaves and Overtime information with keep in updated
• Preparing the Management Reports and Montt,end reports to the Payroll
• Responsible for overall HR Processes and HR Events
SALARY – NEGOTIABLE.
