Established retail trading company is looking to recruit position of HR Officer for new super store in Nugegoda.
Your main responsibilities shall include:
• Formulate, implement & ensure all employees ahead to in HR policies & systems which are in compliance to local labour law & corporate HR guidelines and regulations.
• New Hire Orientation & Induction
• Resigned Staff exit clearance & final settlement
• Payroll (end to — end cycle)
• Employee’s benefits management
• Attendance and leave management
• Recruitment & retention
• Training & development
• Performance management
• Formulate job grade, job description and salary structure
• Submit timely documentations & reports as when required
• Office administration & any other HR related functions
• Attending to additional duties as and when necessary
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources management Knowledge of HR Information System Minimum 3 years work experience Age below 40 years Good communication skills Available to join with a short notice
Salary Rs.25000 — Rs.40000 (negotiable upon performance)
