HR Manager – Monaragala
Ideal candidate need to monitor all the HR Functions in the assigned plant and need to achieve the given HR KPls’. Your latitude of work will contain Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Retention, Payroll and Incentive Process, HR Administration and related disciplinary/ legal processes and driving Internal Process Organization for whole plant
• Minimum 04 years’ experience in the Apparel Industry
• Degree in HRM or Other recognized professional qualifications or Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management conducted by a recognized organization
• Excellent command of communication in English and Computer Literacy
• Ability of Strategic thinking and overall professional knowledge in HR related activities
• Knowledge on Systems such as micro image Salary package will be an added advantage
CSR Executive
Looking for a dynamic individual to take over CSR Projects of the organization:
Required experience in handling projects with excellent interpersonal skills communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil.
Management Trainees-HRD
We are looking for Self-motivated & committed persons who wish to make a career in the Apparel Manufacturing Industry to join as Management Trainees.
