Our production operation which is controlled with several quality certification systems serves to elite clientele in European markets. In order to cater to the enhanced market volume, our Kurunegala factory needs immediate recruitment of following staff.

HR Assistant (Kurunegala)
Job Role:
• Maintain employee’s attendance & leave records.
• Maintain personal files of employees with the most updated data.
• Filling B cards, preparing OT, preparing & issuing pay sheets & salaries & coordinating interviews with department heads.
• Involve with production staff & overlook uniforms, wash rooms, rest rooms, and the other facilities are use by employees in good manner.
• Coordinating & arranging internal training programmes.
• Handling employee grievances & welfare activities.
Required Qualification:
* Certificate level or Professional qualification in HR management in recognize institute.
* With a minimum of 02 or 03 years working experience. it is on manufacturing organization is an added advantage.
* Preferred age between 23-30
* Knowledge of food safety management system ISO 22000, BRC, GMP standards is an added advantage.
* Strong team player with the ability work on long hours.
Selected candidates who could meet the performance expectations will have ample opportunities for fast carrier development within the company.
Remuneration package to each position would be well above the industry norms and negotiable.
