Food and Beverage Manager
• Do you want to be a Team Member of a 200 year old heritage, colonial hotel, home to four British Governors?

• Are you dynamic, committed and competent to lead ‘The Pack”?
• Do you have the talent and the expertise to take the lead in the trade?
• Are you ready to take up challenges, with an open mind and work under pressure?
• Do you have a ‘wild’ imagination with unique concepts and innovations that would ‘wow’ our guests?
• Do you have a set of ‘eagle eyes’ to search for perfection and consistency, which is key to our success?
• Can you make Mount Lavinia Hotel “the happening place” in town?
• Do you have professional qualifications in Hospitality, and at least 3 years experience in a Senior Management position in Food & Beverage in a reputed hotel?
