Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
– Provide timely and accurate financial information and reports to the Board of Directors.
– Ensure compliance to all relevant laws, regulations and reporting requirements.
– Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
– Participate in strategic planning and decision-making process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Candidates Profile:
– Professional Certification in CA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA in Finance.
– 10 years of work experience in finance with 3 years as a finance manager or similar position.
– Strong analytical, leadership & presentation skills.
– Knowledge of financial regulations, laws and standards.
– Age below 45 years.
– Experience in keeping strong partnerships with external parties such as banks, business clients, government bodies & suppliers.
