The Dynasty Residence would be built by one of Sri Lanka’s leading Contractors under a Design and Build Contract. Opportunities exist for smart, young and dynamic individuals to join our team of professionals in Kandy for the posts of Engineering Assistants.
Engineering Assistant (Civil)
He shall be a member of the staff of the Engineer under the Contract. The ideal candidate should have a National Diploma in Technology (Civil) or equivalent with over 5 years’ experience in the supervision of construction of luxury residential apartments or high rise building construction. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and good communication skills are a prerequisite.
Engineering Assistant (Mech/Elect)
He shall be a member of the staff of the Engineer under the Contract. The ideal candidate should have a National Diploma in Technology (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent with over 5 years’ experience in the supervision of construction of luxury residential apartments or high rise building construction. Previous experience with installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems and building services such as lifts, generators. fire, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning, CCTV, MATV etc. is essential.
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience is negotiable.
