Customer Relationship Officers (Associates and Executive level)
We seek energetic individuals looking to work in a challenging, dynamic organization and seeking to be a part of the next wave of globalization.
The selected individuals will be required to work on a global sales and support line of a key supplier of TLC.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:
– A minimum 1 year’s customer service or telemarketing experience
– Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) Attention to customer service
– Able to listen actively, empathize and identify customer needs and build rapport with customers over the phone Should be good at solving customers problems, following due process and marketing oriented
– Have a pleasant personality, self-motivated and work with enthusiasm and dedication. Be both a good team player and able to work independently with a good drive
– Able to multi task and work under pressure
– Computer literacy, excellent web navigation skills and experience in using Android and iPhone smartphones/tablets, and applications for both platforms
– Minimum G.C.E (A/L) qualifications
