Corporate Project Manager / Project Manager Civil (Sri Lanka)

Sino Lanka Construction (Pvt) Ltd is the constructing arm of well reputed business group and currently involved in multi-billion rupee value, internationally branded prestigious hotel/building projects in major cities in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for dynamic, energetic employees with leadership qualities for the below positions.
Corporate Project Manager
The candidate should possess a degree in Civil engineering from a recognise university or equivalent qualifications with minimum of 10 years working experience in multi-story construction projects
– Effectively dealing with all level of employees, sub-contractors, government and other relevant authorities
– Age below 45 years
– The applicant will be responsible for overall project management functions
– Preferred a Chartered Engineer with good managerial skills
– Excellent command in English and Sinhala
– Flexibility of travelling/working in all parts of the island
– Attractive remuneration package is awaiting for the right candidate depend on the qualifications and experience
– This position is directly reporting to CEO
Project Manager
– The candidate should possess a degree in Civil engineering from a recognise university or equivalent qualifications with minimum of 07 years working experience in multi-story construction projects
– Effectively dealing with all level of employees ,sub-contractors, government and other relevant authorities
– Age below 40 years
– The applicant will be responsible for the project management functions
– Preferred a Chartered Engineer with good managerial skills
– Excellent command in English and Sinhala
– Flexibility of travelling/working in all parts of the island
– Attractive remuneration package is awaiting for the right candidate depend on the qualifications and experience
– This position is reporting to Corporate Project Manager
