Call Center Executive (Bangalore)

Job Description:
– To ensure to meet all operations and quality norms set at the Call Center.
– To generate of daily, weekly and monthly MIS and reports.
– To attend incoming calls with regards to bookings, inquiry and resolving customer grievances.
– To master and execute the Taxi Dispatch System effectively.
– To act as an interface between the Customer and the Company, maintain high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness and ensure minimum response time to customers.
– To meet quality standards set by the Company to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
– To handle all customer complaints and resolve at the earliest & escalate matters to Customer Care Manager for further action as and when required.
– To handle calls on crisis management and report situations to the Customer Care Manager.
Candidate Profile:
– Good Knowledge of call center function.
– Should have Analytical Skills, Convincing Ability and customer focus.
– Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
– Good market knowledge for Vehicle and Transportation , Geographical locations of the city.
Preferred only Male candidates.
