– Understand the requirements of the customer.
– Understand the Services/Products of the company.
– Build the company’s brand image in the market.
– Strategist effectively to create new customers.
– Maintaining good relationship with the customers and generate business leads.
– Selling ideas, services and products.
– Client Follow up, Value addition and Retention Strategy.
– Market Intelligence and Research activities.
– Make presentations to the clients.
– Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis.
Candidate Profile:
– Smart and pleasing Personality.
– Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
– Creative and innovative approach.
– Willing to travel (Initially limited to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai).
– Excellent Client Negotiation skills.
– Problem solving ability.
– Energetic, Self-starter and pro-active.
– Desirable (but not essential) candidate should have prior domain knowledge/experience from HR/Recruitment Sales function.
