The reference lab will function under the guidelines of the ‘College of American Pathologists’ and will offer the most accurate/reliable medical laboratory tests by establishing more than 12 different diagnostic divisions with the technical Assistance of SUPER RELIGARE LABORATORIES one of the largest laboratory service providers in the world.
Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist
You will be responsible for performing tests, QC maintenance, training & supervision of trainees and other technical staff os well as the maintenance of quality standards of the department and quality checks. Coordinating the services to clinicians, the reference lab, collection centers, patients and doctors in relation to laboratory reports and handling quries is also your responsibility.
The ideal candidate should
– Possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent with SLMC registration
– Have more than 10 years of experience in a private sector laboratory in Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Hematology /Cytogenetic/ Molecular Biology/ Flowcytomentry/ HLA Typing
– Have good presentation and computer skills as well aos be on effective communicator with good command of English – Be highly energetic and be self-motivated to offer highest quality clinical laboratory services
Technologists / MLT
You will be responsible for performing tests individually, maintaining of quality standards of the deportment and quality checks. You should hove knowledge in managing the latest laboratory technology. You will also be responsible for prepa-ration of media & reagents when required as well as for the maintenance of equipment, reagent stocks and work sheets.
The ideal candidate should:
– Have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent with SLMC registration
– Have more than 2 years of experience in a private sector laboratory in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Hematology/ Cytogenetic or Molecular Biology
– Have good presentation skills and high degree of motivation to offer highest quality clinical laboratory services to patients and cilicions
– Be an effective communicator with good command of English and computer literacy
Phlebotomists
The ideal candidate should:
– Have good command of English, be computer literate and also be self-motivated to achieve objectives
– Have passed G.C.E. (A/L) in the Science stream or more than 2 years of experience in adult and paediatric bleeding aspects in a recognized laboratory
– Carrying a compassionate nature and being respectful to the patients
