Hayleys Aviation & Projects (Pvt) Ltd comprises of the Aviation, Projects and Destination Management operations of the Hayleys Group, we are in the look out for a competent and committed individual to join the team as Assistant Manager for the GSA.
Assistant Manager:
Role:
• Manage overall operations of the GSA and ensure that the sales targets are met.
• Implement the business strategy and related policies for the GSA, whilst ensuring maximum profitability and productivity
• Liaise with the Airline Principals to develop, manage and implement their marketing plan in line with Hayleys Aviation & Projects overall aviation strategy.
• To track competitor activity and recommend changes in processes & strategy for business growth • To train, motivate and develop the staff to ensure efficient achievement of the GSA objectives and increasing profitability.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and ensure departmental needs are effectively met.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience at a management capacity of a travel based organization, with expertise in managing GSA travel related business and Customer Service Relationship Management
• Knowledge of IATA regulations, airline, policies and procedures together with documentation and accounting requirement.
• Expertise and experience in reservation systems (GDS) is a prerequisite for this position.
• Possess good planning & organizational skills with functional knowledge to achieve company objectives.
• Good communications skills (English) & IT knowledge.
• Age below 35 years
