Assistant Manager – Facilities (Male) (Colombo)

Our client is one of leading Facilities Management company in Sri Lanka
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle all sales calls, meeting customers, provide suitable proposals.
• To manage the customers that are assigned or handled by you in a professional manner that includes sending out quotations on time, following up with customers for business development. attending to customer queries and collecting payments on time
• Managing the staff for different jobs and be responsible that job is done up to the expectations of the customer
• Organize and take the lead of all promotional campaigns, meetings, events.
Requirements:
• Age between 25-35
• Passed G.C.E. (A/Li qualifications.
• Should have a Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Housekeeping / Civil or Electrical Engineering Minimum 03 years of working experience in a similar capacity or role.
▪ Experience/Education / Knowledge on Housekeeping, Hospitality Industry can be an added advantage
• Enthusiasm and passion for the industry.
• Should possess an excellent command of English. both oral/written and must be computer literate.
▪ Should be a person with strong interpersonal skills, high degree of integrity, and self- starter who can work proactively targeting business. Ability to ride motorcycles and have valid license is a must.
• Salary negotiable
