One of our prestigious Clients’ who is a leading UK based Offshore Service Provider is looking for an experienced “Office Manager” to work in their Colombo office immediately.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Delegating responsibilities and supervising tasks/projects.
– Training, Motivating, and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
– Resolving conflicts or complaints from employees.
– Monitoring task activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
– Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
– Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
– Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity.
– Understanding of E-Commerce would be a definite advantage.
– Should possess a strong understanding of leadership principles.
– Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
– Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
– Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
– Ability to analyse and process information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
– Commitment to providing exceptional support to staff members.
– Ability to use their own initiative.
– Team player with a pleasing personality.
