Sisili Projects Consortium Pvt Ltd was formed as a diversification of business operations from Sriyani Industries commencing in 1982 as a small scale absorbent cotton gauze manufacturing Co. to primarily supply the local requirements of Public Hospitals and later on expanded into Private Hospitals. We have expanded our business in 2002 with the desire to diversify into medical devices, disposables and equipments while continuing with the gauze manufacturing. Company supplies wide range of products such as syringes, cellulose, wadding, sanitary napkins, examination gloves, IV canula, radiation protection equipments, wow bandages, crepe bandages, absorbent cotton gauze, etc. Some of these items import from principals in China, India and Europe and some of these locally purchase from Sriyani Industries, and procure mainly to State Pharmaceuticals Corporation and Medical Supplies Division of the ministry of health.
Vacancy for The Post of Administration Officer
We are looking for an Administration Officer to recruit to our team to handle the following areas. He/She is
responsible for
– All administration work and record keeping of all documents.
– Monitoring and follow up regulatory compliance (CDDA registration) for medical products
– Negotiating with local manufacturers, planning and placing relevant orders and monitoring supplies to the end customer by meeting delivery schedules.
– Record keeping of personal files of staff.
– Preparing tender documents for all local and global tenders.
– Follow up and coordinate with SPC officers on closed tenders.
– Coordinate and maintain all necessary documentation all products.
– Coordinate with Insurance agents for marine insurances.
– Coordinating with clearing agents for shipment clearance.
– Coordinating with ITI for necessary product testing.
– Handling SPC pre qualification with current suppliers.
– Handling suppliers‘ registration in private and government hospitals.
You must have:-
– At least 3 years experience working as an administration Officer in a private company.
– Computer literacy and letter writing skill
– Hard working. honest and self motivated individual.
– Age between 35-45 years
