ICTA is offering an excellent opportunity for IT professionals to participate in the implementation of high profile National Development initiatives. The agency has an ambitious plan to fast track development throughout Sri Lanka under the e-SriLanka initiative and now seeks to expand its Team.
Applicants should posses:
• An Information Technology related degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience mainly in Java and PHP platforms
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in leading a team of Software Engineers in an on-shore/off-shore model
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Design Methodologies, Design Patterns, Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Databases, Cloud Computing
• Experience in SOA based projects and related technologies
• Experience in build systems and release cycles (Ant/ Maven/CruiseControl)
• Experience in software configuration systems (SVN/ GIT)
• Experience in Linux System Administration
• Excellent communication skills
Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
This position will be on a contract basis with an attractive remuneration package and other benefits.
