We have job openings for:

Technical Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing high profile clients with intelligent solutions. You will
be required to have an understanding of the full development life-cycle: You will be required to develop
solutions (taking project constraints into account) with junior developers, providing guidance and support
where required.

Mandatory Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
– Leadership and experience in running a team of developers.
– Strong hands-on technical experience.
– Microsoft .NET framework experience.
– Excellent design skills and exposure to standard industry design patterns.
– Good command in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A solid understanding of the web and associated technologies
– Enterprise business and/or IT experience.

Other beneficial characteristics:

– Knowledge in MS SharePoint would be an advantage.
– Exposure to open source and Java technologies
– Use of Industry Standard frameworks for development and testing such.
– Strong domain knowledge in specific industries.
– Strong interest in expanding knowledge of business processes and systems.
– Experience in project management and client facing engagements.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with high profile clients to understand their
business needs and communicate the same to the development team.

Mandatory Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
– Good command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ideal candidates will have 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

Other beneficial characteristics:

– Knowledge in MS SharePoint would be an advantage.
– Strong domain knowledge in specific industries.
– Strong interest in expanding knowledge of business processes and systems.
– Experience in project management and client facing engagements.
– Ability to create business and technical documentation.
– The ability to operate effectively in a team.
