Senior Manager – Operations (Sri Lanka)

Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management. KPO or BP° Sector, with at least 2 – 3 years in a Managerial capacity;
• A Bachelor’s degree or other professional Qualification and Master’s degree would b definite advantage;
• Excellent communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills.
• Excellent managerial skills in Leadership, Team Development, Coaching, Mentoring and Situational Assessment;
• Strong managerial acumen in setting direction and aligning strategic goals.
• Superior judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package based on his/her qualifications and working experience.
