Senior HR Officer (Executive Grade)
A Multinational Global Sourcing Network requires a Senior HR Officer for their Office in Sri Lanka
Responsibilities:
• Internal country consultant on HR-related matters.
• Liaise with overseas line managers of local staff.
• Administrator for web based HRMS.
• Submission of periodic HR & CS reports.
• Execute staff training and engagement activities.
• Performance appraisal, Goal Setting and Salary Review.
• Functional responsibility on office administrative tasks.
• Spearheading CSR Projects for the company.
Requirements:
• Qualified in HRM or Bachelors’ Degree.
• Ideally 5 years or more experience at work.
• Self driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Excellent Interpersonal/Communication / Public Speaking Skills.
