Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum 2 years work experience as a secretary
– A fully or partly qualified professional qualification would be an advantage
– Should be familiar with office package
– Fluency in English is a must
Job Role:
– Record keeping
– Drafting letters
– Submitting and filing reports
– Arranging and fixing appointments
– Liaising with relevant organizations and suppliers

– Strong time management skills
