We are on the look-out for a competent Sales/Reservation & Social Media Coordinator for our client which is a leading company that is based in Colombo 05
Job Responsibilities:
Manage online & offline sales
Maintain a close relationship with travel agents and repeat customers, track on special requirements made on previous bookings
Responsible for guest billing & settling payment disputes
Reservation tasks including responding to emails, social media inboxes, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries
Event organization of both customers and PR related events held by the company
Updating all OTA’s and booking engine
Ensuring customer satisfaction is up to standard
Engaging with guests to collect their feedback
Managing Instagram and Facebook accounts handles for Company
Content creation for all social media handles including caption creation & promotion creations
Photography for new products introduced, to upload on Socials Medias & Websites
Requirements:
Male candidates with age below 30 years
Higher Diploma or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
Minimum Two years and above experience in Sales and Marketing is required with experience in Hospitality industry would prefer
Previous experience in Co-Working & Reservations will be an added advantage
Skills to handle social media platform
Knowledge in Photoshop packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
A passion for hospitality and a positive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
Ability to provide excellent service to both Members & Guests
Ability to work on weekends (6 day off for the month)
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
