We are seeking a polished and professional individual to assist in the some of the fastest growing markets in the country. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and personable Account Coordinator you will be the day-to-day liaison for our clients. You will impact every aspect of the office by building and maintaining the relationships with our clients to promote future business, with our sub-projects to get the best available rates and terms, and with the internal team to provide a smooth and consistent flow of information‘

Desired Skills:-

– Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey information and ideas through a variety of media; engaging the audience and helping them understand and retain the message. Skilled at establishing effective relationships with customers and internal partners; promoting openness, trust and confidence in one’s intentions. Requires effective reading, writing and oral comprehension.
– Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
– Must possess strong sales and negotiation skills. Proven prospecting and new business development abilities
– High School Diploma and/or Four year Business/Marketing College Degree or equivalent experience. Engineering Qualifications or Knowledge would be an added benefit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

– Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication and file maintenance.
– Direct and manage all group sales activities to maximize revenue potential.
– Participate in daily meetings, sales strategy meetings, pre-convention meetings, training and other
sales related meetings as required.
– Work with other departments within the organization to provide quality service to customers.
– Maintain knowledge of market, competition and customers.
– Professionally represent the hotel at all industry/community functions.
– Participate as a team player with all departments.
