Marketing Manager (A manager, a solution provider and a communicator)
– The candidate should ideally be below 35 years of age
– She/he should be experienced, highly skilled, with extreme sales/convincing skills, energetic, fluent in English and target driven individu-al who has a firm understanding of Houses and elements of buildings.
Basic qualifications expected are:
1. Bachelor of Science in Management
OR
2. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
OR
3. Bachelor of Science in Engineering
The candidate’s past experience in Housing projects, Apartment projects, Design and Build Construction Companies or Construction companies for more than 2 years as a Sales Engineer/ Sales Manager or similar capacity would be an advantage but not essential.
Candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, dedicated, focused on car-rier growth and results oriented.
The job functions would be including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
1. Administrate Sales and Marketing activities
2. Formulate strategies to enhance business volumes
3. Contract negotiation (On structured frame work)
4. Conduct sales meetings and presentations with prospective clients
This job entails travelling
