We are on the look for a Manager Humand Resources for a Canadian Based backoffice processing company located in Sri Lanka
Qualifications and experience
– A degree in HRM or a relevant professional qualification
– Minimum 1 year experience in a Managerial position in HR
– Fluent in English
– Should possess a good knowledge in over all HR functions
Requirements:
– Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned
– Support current and future business needs through development,
– Nurture a positive work environment.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process
– Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
– Personal Attributes and skills
– Strong Communication skills
– Excellent Interpersonal skills
– Should be able to contribute at a strategic level towards the overall
industry.
